"Try to be TALLER" (^.^)"

Have you ever feel that you are not “tall” enough and wish in your heart secretly if you are a bit taller?? So you could be looking good in a cute dress or else make you be more confidence??
Well, for Asian girl like me, sometimes I wish that too.. (hehehe..)
The easiest way to look taller is, wear the high heels!! But, that will make our feet hurt if we wear it for too long, and also the risk of broken heels and sprained foot.
So, I collected any information about “try to be taller”:
For teenager (<20), here’s some sports that can be practice to be taller:

Swimming
Apart from its other recognized and well-known benefits, swimming also help you grow taller. If you’re only familiar with regular styles of swimming, then you should know that breaststroke is probably the way to go if you want to be taller. That’s because it makes you stretch the most and your spine tends to elongate.



Stretching
This is another great way not only to improve your health, but also to have a proper posture and to increase your height. Not only that you grow taller when stretching, but you also get beautiful toned muscles.





Kicking
Yes, you can grow taller by…kicking! You may try kickboxing or just do some regular kicks with your legs. The pressure you put on your thighs when kicking, as well as the fact that you put strain on the muscles and bones of the legs will indeed add a few inches to your height.




Cycling
This sport has a positive effect on your height due to the fact that it helps the human growth hormone be released into the blood. This is the main factor responsible for cell growth and reproduction. At the same time, cycling naturally stretches the muscles and bones – especially those located in the legs.




So, if your cartilages are still active – meaning, you’re in your early twenties at the most, all of the above will help you have a model-like posture and height. Moreover, you will be fit and healthy.

But for teenagers-older (20<), well.., according to science, after the age of 18 years old, no matter how hard you try, it's impossible to make your body physically longer or taller. The only way to get you taller after this age is to make you look taller. How to make you look taller???

          Do more sports and choose the right ones.
If you are younger than 18 years old, you can depend on doing more sports to boost your height. In this phrase, you'd better choose the exercises that can stretch your body often or make you jump frequently, such as yoga, pilates, volleyball, basketball and swimming. Even if you want to tone up your body muscle, you'd better avoid doing too much weight-lifting exercise, since excessive load of this kind of heavy exercises can make negative impact onto your bone structure and it's not advantageous for you to get taller.

      Absorb ample proteins and calcium.
In order to get taller, the physical change under your muscle is that your bones get stronger and longer. Proteins and calcium are key ingredients to realize the bone formation. You are recommended to eat at least 1 egg each morning and drink 3 big glasses of milk during the day.

          Sleep at least 9 hours a day.
Enough sleeping is the only way to recover the tired metabolism system and guarantee the healthy process of bone cells reproduction. As a teenager or an adult, you'd better sleep at least 9 hours each day.


        Use your wardrobe smartly to make you look taller.
If you are older than 18 years old, you'd better find a way to make yourself look taller instead of growing taller physically. Wearing high heels might be an easy way to look taller, but not necessarily a comfortable way for your feet. In fact, you can choose dressing in a good proportion to make your body look longer. For example, you can wear some dark long pants to match with a short outfit on top.

         Give up your long hair style.
If you have a tiny body, short hair can make you look much taller and smarter.
